Founded in 1829, Bollinger uses grapes that come from 80% premier and grand cru vineyards. Its quality is as legendary as the quote from Madame Bollinger, which we never tire of hearing: “I drink it when I’m happy and when I’m sad. Sometimes I drink it when I’m alone. When I have company I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I’m not hungry and I drink it when I am. Otherwise I never touch it. Unless I’m thirsty.”

Champagne always makes a great gift, but if you want to leave a lasting impression we would recommend this Bollinger. What can’t be said? It is a true and genuine cult wine for anyone that can drink. It has consistently been one of the best wines in the world for many years; no wonder James Bond likes it.
