This is a fun and creative way to grow gourmet mushrooms in your own kitchen. This kit includes a 5mL mushroom culture, instructions, a glossary of mycology terms, and a fungi word search.

These can be grown in a bucket of (used) coffee grounds or straw, and there is enough culture included to start up to five buckets. Regardless of your growing medium of choice, these are fascinating to grow and delightful to cook with. Working your way through one of these kits will leave you with a foundation to grow your own mushrooms confidently, and inspire you to further explore the world of mycology.
